For the marbled brownies, first roughly chop the chocolate and melt it together with 10 dag butter in a water bath, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool.
Then beat 3 eggs, 25 dag sugar, 1 tsp vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt well with a hand mixer. Sift the flour over it and fold in carefully.
Then stir in the lukewarm chocolate mixture.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
For the cream cheese mixture, beat the cream cheese well with 5 dag butter (hand mixer). Then stir in the yolks, the remaining sugar and 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
Grease a cake mold (Ø 26 cm) and spread the chocolate mixture into the mold.
Pour the cream cheese mixture on top and pull a wooden skewer in a spiral through the two layers.
Bake on the middle shelf at 170°C for approx. 35 minutes (convection oven 150°C).
After cooling, cut the marbled brownies into small rectangles or squares.
Preparation Tip:
Even though the Marbled Brownies are already rich, semi-stiff whipped cream goes great with them!
