Instructions:

Remove the shell from the crayfish tails and remove the intestines. Heat ghee or possibly oil in a saucepan. Saute onion until soft. Add chili, turmeric, garlic and curry leaves. Stir-fry over medium heat for one minute.

Add coconut milk and salt. Simmer on low heat without lid for 10 min.

Fold in crab tails. Simmer gently for about 12 min until crab tails are cooked. Garnish with fresh curry leaves before serving, if desired.
