Instructions:

The first step to the pizza salami is the preparation of the pizza dough. You can find a detailed description here.

Empty the canned tomato pieces into a bowl, mash if necessary and season with the garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. An alternative is the basic pizza sauce recipe.

Cut or grate the Emmental into thin strips.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
