Peel the celery and apples, cut the celery into fine strips and the apples into cubes. Place them separately in a perforated steamer bowl. Steam the celery strips for 4 minutes at 100 °C and cook the sliced apples for 2 minutes at the same setting. Then dry lightly, preferably in a salad spinner. Mix with the marinade and refrigerate for at least half an hour. Serve with toasted walnuts and grapes.For the marinade simply mix all the ingredients.
