Instructions:

Mix the meat with the herb mixture and infuse for 15 minutes. Cut the white of the spring onions into thin slices, the green into pieces about 2 cm long. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the white of the scallions. Add the chili paste and fry well. Add the meat and the chili sauce and roast until the meat changes color. Then add the tofu, the starch-water mixture, salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, add the green pieces of onion, mix quickly and serve hot with long-grain rice.
