Instructions:

Stir together the ingredients for the marinade. Cut the meat into cubes of about four centimeters. Soak in marinade for three to four hours. Soak wooden skewers in water for three hours.

Rinse figs and cut in half. Remove meat from marinade.

Alternate with figs on wooden skewers and brush with remaining marinade. Grill skewers all around for six to eight minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Grilled Vegetables – Preparation:

Clean and rinse vegetables, remove peel from potatoes. Cut everything, except tomatoes, into slices. Brush the vegetables and potatoes with oil and grill them on the grill, offering herb sour cream with them.

Herb sour cream – preparation:

Finely dice onion and garlic clove. Gently mix the oil into the sour cream or crème fraiche. Add minced kitchen herbs, diced onion and garlic. Season to taste with salt, sugar, raspberry vinegar and freshly ground pepper.
