Instructions:

Salmon :Put the salmon pieces in brine for 5 min at the beginning and then put them on a tray.

Cheese sauce:

Bring fish stock and milk to a boil. Make a roux with butter and flour, add the liquid little by little and make it on low heat for 20 min. Then mix in the cheese. Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Vegetable garnish:

Do the vegetables one at a time in lightly salted water because of the different cooking times. Before serving, heat in 100 ml of water with a little salt and 50 g of butter in a closed saucepan.

Spread the cheese sauce evenly over the salmon and bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes. It is advisable to turn on the broiler at the end so that the gratin turns golden.

Arrange the salmon with the vegetables and the cooked potatoes. Finally, evenly sprinkle the dill on top.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
