Preparation Mango: Cut the mango into small pieces. Puree with Rama Cremefine for whipping in a blender jug. Add the vanilla ice cream and orange juice and mix again.
Pour into glasses ice cold.
Preparation Raspberries: Puree the raspberries with Rama Cremefine to whip in a mixing cup, add the raspberry juice and raspberry ice cream, mix again.
Ice cold, pour over the mangoes in the glasses and serve.
Preparation Tip:
Fresh mango pieces are particularly suitable for the garnish. Alternatively, raspberry juice and orange juice can be replaced with Prosecco.
