Instructions:

For the banana curry, peel banana, cut into slices and drizzle with honey. Drain the pineapple and cut into pieces.

Peel, core and dice the mango. Brown meat in oil. Cook rice according to instructions. Fry banana slices until golden brown.

Remove banana slices from the pan again and fry pineapple as well, then deglaze with the pineapple juice or water.

Mix in the mango cubes and grated coconut. Chop the chili and add it as well. Dust with curry, stir and bring to a boil briefly.

Remove dish from heat and stir in whipped cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add back the banana slices and turkey.

Arrange the banana curry and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Basmati rice goes best with the banana curry.
