Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in order in a large bowl and knead well. You can also use only 3/4 of the bitter almond oil. Knead the raisins and almond kernels only at the end. Put the dough into a lightly oiled, but only a touch, Stollen baking pan and bake at 170 °C for 45 to 50 min.
