Try this delicious cake recipe:

Frost the shortbread bottoms with either drizzle icing or dip in cooking chocolate.

Bring egg yolks, tangerine juice, cornstarch and sugar to a boil. Add soaked gelatin, chopped tangerines and curacao.

Carefully fold in the whipped cream just before it sets.

Prepare a short pastry from the ingredients listed for the decoration, roll out thinly and cut out and bake 12 crescent-shaped pieces, spread with jam and assemble.

Spread the filling on the cake layers, place them on top of each other and cover the top cake layer with the whipped cream mixture in the same way.

Assemble the decorated short pastry bottoms in a star shape, garnish the cake.
