Make yourself a seasoning mix according to the recipe at the beginning. Dry and packed airtight, you can preserve it for several months.

Directions: Put a soup spoon of tea in a mug and pour boiling water over it, cover and steep for about 10 minutes, then strain. Mix in the honey and essential oils. Always add the honey to the lukewarm tea first, because, as described above, temperatures above 40o Celcius can destroy the active ingredients. Finally, the essential oils help to dissolve the mucus, in order to get rid of the cough. You should drink a mug of this tea a few times a day.
