For the onion whipped chicken, place chicken pieces in a baking dish. Mix well cream, soup, salt, pepper, chili flakes, herbs, fried onion and spread over meat.
Cut the onion into rings and spread over the meat as well. Add a few flakes of butter on top and bake in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Arrange the onion whipped chicken and serve.
Preparation Tip:
It goes well with croquettes, ribbon noodles, spaetzle or potatoes. Refined with fresh herbs, the onion-beaten chicken gets an additional fresh aromatic note. If you prefer chicken breast, you can also prepare the dish with it.
